"Still lie the sheltering snows, undimmed and white;
And reigns the winter's pregnant silence still;
No sign of spring, save that the catkins fill,
And willow stems grow daily red and bright.
These are days when ancients held a rite
Of expiation for the old year's ill,
And prayer to purify the new year's will."

Affirmative or negative...

Hello
Mentor(s),
If we want to say that something or some persons are found everywhere in the world, for example there is no place where there is no mobile phone or computer or take an example of English speaking people... so how should we say this?
English speaking people, where not?
English speaking people are found everywhere.
English speaking people are everywhere.
or is there any other particular structure for a sentence of such kind?
