"The April rain, the April rain,
Comes slanting down in fitful showers,
Then from the furrow shoots the grain,
And banks are fledged with nestling flowers;
And in grey shawl and woodland bowers
The cuckoo through the April rain
Calls once again."

Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House

Today a new political book will be released: Fire and Fury: Inside The Trump White House by Michael Wolff. The newspapers are hyperventilating, and the White House too. Trump want the release of the book halted.

Does anybody from you want to read the book? If, you may write about it here. I probably will read it later, when I get a copy, not in the next days.

    I read a very good article this morning about this @MatthiasAndernach. The things it describes don't come as any surprise but it is very worrying. And that Trump didn't even want to be president but just wanted to use running for election as a marketing stunt rings very true unfortunately.

    I don't know, all I read about the book, what's in it, is nothing really new. Micheal Moore said Trump doesn't really want to be president during the campaign in 2016. I don't know if Mr. Wolff has more evidence than Michael Moore for that claim. The New York Times wrote: "It takes a thief to catch a thief", I don't know: Is that book maybe just a summary about what we all know already, or is there some actual new evidence to the Russian issue or the other things. The ranking of the book let it seem like a big fish ... but ...... Will you read it, @mheredge ?

    Like you say, I am not convinced that it is telling the world anything that we haven't heard before @MatthiasAndernach. If there was anything new about his connections with Putin, then it might be of more interest. I suppose that having collected all the stories that we have heard over time in the press into a book however, for some people will give it a sense of more validity. I might read it if it came my way, but I'm not sure I would go out of my way to find it to read.
