"The April rain, the April rain,
Comes slanting down in fitful showers,
Then from the furrow shoots the grain,
And banks are fledged with nestling flowers;
And in grey shawl and woodland bowers
The cuckoo through the April rain
Calls once again."

Hi gays,

I have a question which makes me confused for a long time, it makes me embarrassed when I am talking with someone else. Which one should i choose: I have gotten or got your mearnings. I have taken or took what you wanted to say. And I have seen the results or I have saw the results.

    Gotten is a very old fashioned word and not used much these days @lisa. It means the same though.

    So I can use both of them as I like? For example, I have gotten what you said which equals to I have got what you said.

    I have got and I have taken are best @lisa.
