I like practicing at the gym room. There's a short distance from my house to the gym room. After long hours teaching at school, I try to practice myself at the gym with the only aim is to keep my body shape. I think this is not only a dream but also a wish to become prettier than I was when I reached 52 kg.
I'm not a newcomer in my gym room. I have practiced at the gym for one year. As you know, you'll look better if you know how to take care yourself. I just try to walk on the machine for 30 minutes every day. To the result, I loose my weight down to 48 kg. I feel satisfied to this result. I think practicing at the gym turn my dream into reality. :) :) :)
