By all these lovely tokens
September days are here,
With summer’s best of weather
And autumn’s best of cheer.

Helen Hunt Jackson - September
The breezes taste
Of apple peel.
The air is full
Of smells to feel-
Ripe fruit, old footballs,
Burning brush,
New books, erasers,
Chalk, and such.
The bee, his hive,
Well-honeyed hum,
And Mother cuts
Chrysanthemums.
Like plates washed clean
With suds, the days
Are polished with
A morning haze.

John Updike, September

Are there any Fitbit users here?

I use a Fitbit, and was wondering where there was anyone here with a device?

If there is, we could perhaps start a Learn English Online group challenge!

I'm not sure about exactly how popular they are in other countries, but I thought it would be worth asking anyway!

It's a fitness watch, and tracks your steps, calories burned, how many minutes you've been active, and even how many flights of stairs you've climbed that day! It can get very addictive!
