There is wind where the rose was,
Cold rain where sweet grass was,
And clouds like sheep
Stream o'er the steep
Grey skies where the lark was.

Nought warm where your hand was,
Nought gold where your hair was,
But phantom, forlorn,
Beneath the thorn,
Your ghost where your face was.

Cold wind where your voice was,
Tears, tears where my heart was,
And ever with me,
Child, ever with me,
Silence where hope was.

    Following today's Spotlight session (it was all going so well).
    50 minutes in we had a meltdown.

    I reported it to WJ, and they were very quick to respond, however, I'm not 100% happy with their reply:-

    I'm so sorry to learn you had trouble.

    One of the main reasons why the attendee spotlight feature can break is if you or your invited attendee don't have a stable internet connection. It is highly recommended that both of you use a wired connection (instead of wireless).

    If that is not the case and you already are using a wired connection on both ends, then the next thing to try is to change the browser for the invited attendee. That might help them get back in.

    Finally, make sure that both you and your attendee have a minimum of 2Mbps upload speed available on your connection, and that no other programs are eating bandwidth or computer resources on either end :)

    @Rema @aladdin - What do you think?

    If you weren't in the session, and missed the fun and games, here is the recording:-

    Spot what happened 50 minutes in.

    @lynne and @aladdin

    I didn't find anything new in their explanation because we have already attended on the who knows how many sessions and it was working.
    Maybe, a reason can be that one of us just overburden their network.
    Or maybe the problem was caused by giving me the administrators permissions whilst session was in the progress(that is just my guess).

    @Rema - First the good news, the connection speed of other participants doesn't affect the call. Now the bad news, if there is a problem with the connection of the room owner, it affects everyone. :worried:

    @roryu - When you say you try to join, what exactly happens?

    Are you able to register?

    I have written some guidance here:-

    Because of the continuing issues with WebinarJam, the sessions are now being held in Google Hangouts. If we can fix the issues, we will let you know.
