"Still lie the sheltering snows, undimmed and white;
And reigns the winter's pregnant silence still;
No sign of spring, save that the catkins fill,
And willow stems grow daily red and bright.
These are days when ancients held a rite
Of expiation for the old year's ill,
And prayer to purify the new year's will."

    I used to often go away at weekends @sanjay and certainly kept very busy. I noticed that if I just lazed around, sleeping, maybe going out for a drink or two or three, but didn't really do much, I'd feel stale and not as refreshed Monday morning than if I'd been out and about doing lots of things. I would maybe feel physically tired by the end of it, but incredibly refreshed mentally.

    Nowadays I tend to do this every day if possible!

    What are you going to do this weekend @sanjay? The French tall ship, the Belem is sailing to Nice this afternoon and will be docked in Nice this weekend. I might go and pay her a visit.
