What is one to say about June? The time of perfect young summer, the fulfilment of the promise of the earlier months, and with as yet no sign to remind one that its fresh young beauty will ever fade.

@gomaa, slaughter doesn't just mean killing people mercilessly, but animals too. For example, the American settlers slaughtered the buffalo into extinction during the nineteenth century.

You have forgotten genocide, the worst of the lot.

@mheredge slaughter means means kill animal for food or unnecessary killing of people
for example thousand of people were need lessly slaughtered in a senseless war

    That's right @gomaa.

Genocide on the otherhand is the same but on a much larger scale.

For example Pol Pot in Cambodia between 1975 and 1979 committed genocide, killing about a third of the population in the country (about 1.5 million people).

I was shocked to hear about yet another attack, this time in Munich. When is all this crazy killing going to end?
