By all these lovely tokens
September days are here,
With summer’s best of weather
And autumn’s best of cheer.

Helen Hunt Jackson - September
The breezes taste
Of apple peel.
The air is full
Of smells to feel-
Ripe fruit, old footballs,
Burning brush,
New books, erasers,
Chalk, and such.
The bee, his hive,
Well-honeyed hum,
And Mother cuts
Chrysanthemums.
Like plates washed clean
With suds, the days
Are polished with
A morning haze.

John Updike, September

hello folks .. wats'up today i would like to share something about our culture.... the national language of India is Hindi and New Delhi is the capital of India. It has 29 states and 7 union territories. It is surrounded by water on three sides. India is the 2nd largest populated country in the world.

I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST MEMBERS FROM OTHER COUNTRIES TO SHARE SOMETHING ABOUT THEIR CULTURE

Where do you start @rajatpareekcool? India is so diverse. Do you come from Delhi? I understood that Delhi is a bit of a melting pot of many Indian cultures as people living there come from all over the country.

Hahaha @rajatpareekcool ! In Essex, a lot of people speak with a Cockney accent. I'm not sure that the best English is found here.
