There is wind where the rose was,
Cold rain where sweet grass was,
And clouds like sheep
Stream o'er the steep
Grey skies where the lark was.

Nought warm where your hand was,
Nought gold where your hair was,
But phantom, forlorn,
Beneath the thorn,
Your ghost where your face was.

Cold wind where your voice was,
Tears, tears where my heart was,
And ever with me,
Child, ever with me,
Silence where hope was.

I took the quiz for Germany, and learnt about the museum of things. The next time I'm in Berlin I will have to go there.

I am surprised. Pakistan is not in the region. :(

@souhaib I like China a lot. I think life is still very tough in some areas, especially in the countryside, but the cities are very well-developed and comfortable. I could live in China, except perhaps I would have to be careful about what I said. Political freedom isn't the country's strong point.

I chose France and the quiz put me in Paris. I'm not sure if I agreed with their estimated 59 € weekly grocery bill though.

Africa only included two countries: Egypt and South Africa. And most of the world seemed to be ignored.

  • BubblyBubbly Nightingale Posts: 30,074 ✭✭✭✭✭✭
@mheredge I think it should be reported on the website as well. Let me check if there is any feedback or comments corner or not. Hopefully, I will not be bankrupt after that! ;)

I read that expats who were asked in a recent poll, which was the 'best' country to live in from a foreigner's perspective, came up with France as number one. This doesn't surprise me as the quality of life is very good here.

Where in Egypt are you from @asmaawafy? I have visited Egypt a couple of yimes but my sister lived there for several months working as a nanny in Cairo. She loved it there.
