"The April rain, the April rain,
Comes slanting down in fitful showers,
Then from the furrow shoots the grain,
And banks are fledged with nestling flowers;
And in grey shawl and woodland bowers
The cuckoo through the April rain
Calls once again."
Mathilde Blind, April Rain

I suppose " apathetic " isn't the right word @mheredge, maybe " busy " fits best.
I have to put something out everyday, it's frustrating. I'm wondering where some people find the time to laze around.
Probably nowadays nobody lazes around anymore.
glad to stop strict diet, splashed in belly flop? Don't care you're not light, here on English hop !
This, I suppose, confirms that nowadays lazing around is just rare. You have no time for all the things you would want to do.
I think that better than having a clone, it would be to become a multitasking human being, furnished with as many apps as the works you have to attend.
One app is better than one arm.

I know how you feel and sympathise @filauzio. The plane crash yesterday (thankfully no one seriously injured) and knock-on delays to friends who were supposed to arrive today mean I'm going to have to run around setting up all sorts of arrangements for them so they can catch up with the rest of us when we leave for the hills on Saturday.
A few clones would be very handy in these sorts of situations. I'd hate to be a travel agent. I guess they have to deal with this sort of problem all the time.
Congratulations @bubbli. What will you be studying?
Only just on reading what you wrote, about your chaotically seeking for a way out of your difficult situation, @mheredge, I feel as if I've got nothing to deal with.
Yes, now actually I'm feeling bored as if I lived in a hermitage, with my lazy clones hanging all around me .
Surely you should be able to share your clones when strictly needed elsewhere.
I've heard of the landing difficulties in Kathmandu at the radio, I've got it was the ice.

Coffee is useful for giving that extra boost sometimes @bubbli. If I have a headache, then I usually take a paracetamol as this is one medicine I find useful. I'm lucky in that I don't get headaches very often.
I use coffee in winter and I have headache only if there is chilly cold weather. Otherwise I dont have it very often. Paracetamol is very common in our country and yes good pain killer but we should not use it frequently as not good for health.
I am feeling well today, Thank you @Lynne addiction of coffee is also harmful like addiction of any drug. I can cause stomach and abdominal issues. so Lynne be careful. Why do you have bruises round your eyes and forehead? Is everything thing okay with you?
@thepritimishra Thank you.
I like ginger tea and use it some times. I forgot it this time and I think I should take it as weather is getting cold these days.
I was feeling indignant from Lynne but now I am feeling cool with cold weather & a hot cup of Capacinno after read to how do you feel....:-)
----------------
I was feeling indignant because Lynne hasn't added me to Skype, yet. However, now I am feeling cool, partly because of the cold weather, but with a hot cup of cappuccino in my hand, and after reading the 'How Do You Feel' thread, I'm cool.
Marianne Wow, I love hiking but I couldn't go as hiking points are a bit far away from my house. I am sure you will enjoy over there especially Everest.
@Sun, @bubbli - I'm going hiking tomorrow but not quite as adventurously as @mheredge ! We are going to a place called Danebridge. As you can see from the photo, we've been there before. It's very pretty. And best of all there is a lovely pub to eat in at the end!
@amatsuscribbler I am jealous. I am planning to go for hiking in next week. Hopefully you will have a thrill over there. There is some error in the link. Please check it.

Luckily I am feeling quite well today. The bruising round my eyes and on my forehead is disappearing, the sun is shining. All is right in my world.
I hope you're feeling better @bubbli.
When I used to teach out in the real world, I drank far too much coffee, but now I drink a healthy one cup a day.
PS - It can cause ... (I'm sure you aren't bad for the health Bubbli.)

I just got back home after one and half hours practicing yoga. I am feeling fresh, energetic and cheerful with a bright mind.
