On this breezy October morn, I walk
in the swift shadows of cloud-cursing rooks,
watching the world wake on the horizon.
Leo Yankevich
All houses wherein men have lived and died
Are haunted houses. Through the open doors
The harmless phantoms on their errands glide,
With feet that make no sound upon the floors.

We meet them at the doorway, on the stair,
Along the passages they come and go,
Impalpable impressions on the air,
A sense of something moving to and fro.

What do you think you will be doing this time next year?

Are you going anywhere nice over the next few days?

What are you going to do when you retire?

Isn't there one "you" too many in the first sentence, Lynne?
Shouldn't it be: What do you think you will be doing this time next year

@Hermine - Remind me in Skype. It's very difficult to explain here, because as soon as you type it, it hides it. ~X(

    @Hermine - Well done.

When I retire I am going to study English in England.

Have I got the hang of it?

*I'll answer as if it was still november

"What do you think you will be doing this time next year?"
This question is a bit tricky for me to understand. If by time you time "this time of the year", e.g. christmas, then I have no idea. If you just mean what I'll do next year, then the answer is nothing special.

"Are you going anywhere nice over the next few days?" No, I'm not

"What are you going to do when you retire?" lol from what? If I get a job good enough so as to be able to retire later, I think I'd make sure I don't have to work again.
If you mean from the forum, then I'd do one of tree things: re-sign up if I got banned due to innactivity; look for another site if this site was closed or stopped being free or useful; or find out more about studying abroad if I completed all the lessons on the main site.

What do I think I'll be doing this time next year?
    I can't make prediction, I'm still a dreamer and a simple one.
The answer is 'I don't (want to) know what I'm going to do tomorrow'. Therefore I don't know even more what I'll be doing this time next year; however I only hope I'll be breathing, at least.
Am I going anywhere nice over the next few days?
Unfortunately I suppose I'm going to the dentist, I had better proceeding on, over the next question.
What am I going to do when I retire?
I suppose the question has to do with retiring from one's occupation; if this is the case I think the question should be asked in a different manner:
When are they going to leave you retire?
This is a very great problem.
Few weeks ago I read an interesting newspaper's article, on which it was suggested to allow people working just three days a week, on condition that the retiring time was postponed.
I think it is an agreeable suggestion, considering that you would get a lot of free time, enjoyable right now, possibly not to go to the dentist.

    “I will remember the kisses
    our lips raw with love
    and how you gave me
    everything you had
    and how I
offered you what was left of
    me,
and I will remember your small room
    the feel of you
    the light in the window
    your records
    your books
    our morning coffee
    our noons our nights
    our bodies spilled together
    sleeping
    the tiny flowing currents
    immediate and forever
    your leg my leg
    your arm my arm
    your smile and the warmth
    of you
    who made me laugh
    again.” (Charles Bukowski)

I will be in a university next year this time.
No,i am preparing for my speaking test.
Most probably I would be with some organization and giving my services to the less fortunate people of the world

I am going to travel to Vikarabad next weekend. It's 20 km from Hyd. This is a road trip, and I'll be travelling with my friends, we will have fun.

I would like to build a house in my home village. It will be very special with a big walled compound. I will plant distinctive plants, and maybe I will be able to spend time here with my grandchildren.

Thank you @Lynne. The first answer was meant to be "I will be playing with Android apps made BY myself". It would be OK?

"by myself" is a tricky one, it implies loneliness.

I'm not sure what you meant there. Do you mean you will never have to retire?
