"Still lie the sheltering snows, undimmed and white;
And reigns the winter's pregnant silence still;
No sign of spring, save that the catkins fill,
And willow stems grow daily red and bright.
These are days when ancients held a rite
Of expiation for the old year's ill,
And prayer to purify the new year's will."

    I do not think that is catastrophe if you get a little bit mustard on your kite.

    It was a catastrophe that the yellow kite fell in the mustard field, as it was then impossible to find.

    This incident sounds like a yellow catastrophe, what to blame and what not to blame; you may choose between the yellow kite and the yellow mustard!

    The red kite swooped down and stole the sandwich from the plate, but it regretted its theft when it realised it was a mustard sandwich.

    (A red kite is a bird of prey.)

    A mustard kite was the only distinctive entity in the sky while the catastrophe took the whole region into its grip!

    The sausage covered in mustard was a catastrophe for the black kite that ate it without realising how hot it would be.

    The kiting of black money into the bank with a mustard logo led to a nation-wide catastrophic recession
  • mheredgemheredge Teacher Here and therePosts: 29,840 mod
    Kiting? Is this a verb @guptakaran93‌? Laundering?

    Mustard logo? Was the money smeared with mustard?
  • [Deleted User][Deleted User] Posts: 0 ✭✭
    ya kiting is a synonym to laundering, but mustard logo was just another adjective :blush:

    I've never heard of kiting to refer to laundering @guptakaran93‌. Is this an Indian word for it?
